A 7-chip, 280 Gb/s optical code-division multiplexing (OCDM) system incorporating quaternary phase coding and decoding superstructured fiber Bragg gratings (SSFBGs) is experimentally demonstrated. Only ordinary phase masks and sub-micrometer precision are needed to fabricate the encoding and decoding SSFBGs. Interchannel interference noise is also considered and evaluated, 2-channel 40 (Gb/s)/channel(2×40 Gb/s) signal transmission is demonstrated.  相似文献

The Hamiltonian in the framework of eight-band effective-mass approximation of the zinc-blende nanowires and nanorods in the presence of external homogeneous magnetic field is given in the cylindrical coordinate. The electronic structure, optical properties, magnetic energy levels, and g factors of the nanowires and nanorods are calculated. It is found that the electron states consist of many hole-state components, due to the coupling of the conduction band and valence band. For the normal bands which are monotone functions of |kz|, long nanorods can be modeled by the nanowires, the energy levels of the nanorods approximately equal the values of the energy band E(kz) of the nanowires with the same radius at a special kz, where kz is the wave vector in the wire direction. Due to the coupling of the states, some of the hole energy bands of the nanowires have their highest points at kz≠0. Especially, the highest hole state of the InSb nanowires is not at the kz=0 point. It is an indirect band gap. For these abnormal bands, nanorods can not be modeled by the nanowires. The energy levels of the nanorods show an interesting plait-like pattern. The linear polarization factor is zero, when the aspect ratio L/2R is smaller than 1, and increases as the length increases. The gz and gx factors as functions of the kz, radius R and length L are calculated for the wires and rods, respectively. For the wires, the gz of the electron ground state increases, and the gz of the hole ground state decreases first, then increases with the kz increasing. For the rods, the gz and gx of the electron ground state decrease as the R or the L increases. The gx of the hole ground state decreases, the gz of the hole ground state increases with the L increasing. The variation of the gz of the wires with the kz is in agreement with the variation of the gz of the rods with the L.  相似文献

The self-scaling quasi-Newton method solves an unconstrained optimization problem by scaling the Hessian approximation matrix before it is updated at each iteration to avoid the possible large eigenvalues in the Hessian approximation matrices of the objective function. It has been proved in the literature that this method has the global and superlinear convergence when the objective function is convex (or even uniformly convex). We propose to solve unconstrained nonconvex optimization problems by a self-scaling BFGS algorithm with nonmonotone linear search. Nonmonotone line search has been recognized in numerical practices as a competitive approach for solving large-scale nonlinear problems. We consider two different nonmonotone line search forms and study the global convergence of these nonmonotone self-scale BFGS algorithms. We prove that, under some weaker condition than that in the literature, both forms of the self-scaling BFGS algorithm are globally convergent for unconstrained nonconvex optimization problems.  相似文献

采用共沉淀方法,以碳酸氢铵(NthHC03)为沉淀剂制备得到Nd:YAG前驱物,将其在不同的温度下煅烧并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、荧光光谱分析等技术对样品进行了表征。在900~1000℃下煅烧前驱物,出现YAP和YAM中间相并对共沉淀法中间相出现的原因进行了分析;获得纯YAG晶相的煅烧温度为1100℃,晶粒粒度分布约为40~80nm,具有良好的分散性。光谱研究表明Nd:YAG纳米粉体的发光性能良好,其红外光谱及荧光光谱与单晶无明显的差异。  相似文献

The catalytic role of pyrrhotite (Fe7S8) in the reaction kinetics of the hydrothermal transformation of pentlandite ((Fe,Ni)9S8) to violarite ((FeNi2S4) was found to depend on the physical form of pyrrhotite. Pyrrhotite in fine scale intergrown with pentlandite boosts the reaction, whereas in a mechanical mixture of pyrrhotite and pentlandite, it plays the opposite role. This phenomenon was interpreted as result of dissolution of pyrrhotite under reaction conditions.  相似文献

A novel amperometric sensor for the determination of nitric oxide was developed by coating polythionine / nafion on a glassy carbon electrode. This sensor exhibited a great enhancement to the oxidation of nitric oxide. The oxidation peak currents were linear to the concentration of nitric oxide over the wide range from 3.6×10-7 to 6.8×10-5 mol.L-1, and the detection limit was 7.2×10-8 mol.L-1. Experimental results showed that this nitric oxide sensor possessed excellent selectivity and longer stability. NO releasing from rat kidney was monitored by this sensor.  相似文献
